Details. Introducing the newest addition to our Utilité collection. For ease of carrying your hat, we designed a hat carrier that suspends the hat, allowing it to be attached to a bag or carried around your arm.  To secure the hat carrier, draw the strap tightly around the base of the crown. Once secure, attach the other gold clasp to the center ring. Additionally, attach the strap to any shoulder or handbag for a seamless hat-carry situation.  · 100% Black Leather· Solid Brass Hardware· Made Locally in Los Angeles. Fit. One Size - Length: 50".
