Rinse clean with water, then follow with a small amount of moisturizer. For your body, apply the body wash to wet skin, gently working into a lather. Rinse clean. Apply moisturizer to cleansed, dry skin. For hair, massage a small amount of shampoo into a gentle lather. Rinse clean. Apply a small amount of conditioner to clean, wet hair, concentrating on the ends. Let six for three minutes then rinse clean.
