Pour a capful of Supersmile Whitening Pre-Rinse (sold separately) into the flosser tank, then fill the rest of the tank with water. Select your mode. 'Low' is recommended for first-time use or those with sensitivity. Point the nozzle between teeth near the gumline, close your mouth, and turn on.
