This piece consists of a life-sized rhino beetle cast in sterling silver, highlighted with gold plating, garnets and tiny white diamonds. The natural realism continues with the twig detailing around the band, a feature found in all of the rings from the Beetle Collection. This piece stands up as one of the most cherished pieces of the collection. The ring is made from oxidised silver and so any using silver dip may remove this effect. The wing case is gold vermeil and should not be brought into contact with chlorine, cleaning agents, perfumes or lotions.
